Right of Withdrawal and Sample Withdrawal Form for Consumers
A “consumer” within the meaning of this cancellation policy is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not required.
You may also submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear declaration electronically via our website. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation (e.g. by email) of the receipt of such withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Notes on Returning Goods
The following return guidelines are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods.
If possible, please return the goods in their original packaging and outer packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If the original packaging or outer packaging is no longer in your possession, please use other suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid claims for damages due to inadequate packaging.
