The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop at https://neoultimateshop.com.
1. Delivery
Shipping Destinations
We deliver worldwide. Orders are shipped via Deutsche Post or a suitable logistics partner, depending on the destination and package size.
Shipping Costs
- Germany: €4.90 flat rate
- Europe (including Switzerland and Norway): €25.00 flat rate
- Rest of the world: €45.00 flat rate
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.
Free Shipping Thresholds
- Germany: Free shipping for orders over €50.00
- Europe: Free shipping for orders over €75.00
- Rest of the world: Free shipping for orders over €150.00
The free shipping option will automatically be offered during checkout once the qualifying amount is reached. This applies to standard shipping only.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the product description, the delivery times are as follows:
- Within Germany: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 4–14 business days after order confirmation or payment receipt
- Outside the EU approx. 10–30 business days, depending on destination and customs processing
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. If your order contains items with different delivery times, we may ship them separately if this leads to faster delivery, unless we have agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional shipping costs for split deliveries.
2. Download Products
For digital products (e.g. downloads), no shipping costs apply. You will receive access via email within 12 hours after order confirmation or after receipt of payment if advance payment was agreed.
3. Payment Options
We offer the following payment methods via our payment service provider Mollie B.V. (Netherlands):

- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

- Klarna (Pay Later / Pay Now)
- SEPA Bank Transfer
- Other local and international payment methods depending on your country
All payments are processed securely via encrypted SSL connections. Your data will only be transmitted to the respective payment provider as necessary to process the transaction.
4. Crypto Payments (NEO / GAS on N3)
We also accept cryptocurrency payments in NEO and GAS (N3 network).
After completing your order, you will receive our wallet address and the exact amount to transfer.
Please make sure to:
- Send the correct amount within 30 minutes
- Cover any network fees on your side
Your order will be processed once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain.
Note: The payment will be manually verified and may take up to 24 hours to process. Your order will be confirmed once the transaction has been verified on the blockchain.
5. Payment via Cryptocurrency (Coinbase Commerce)
We accept cryptocurrency payments through Coinbase Commerce. Supported currencies include Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USD Coin (USDC), and other available coins.
At checkout, simply select “Cryptocurrency via Coinbase Commerce” as your payment method. You will be redirected to Coinbase Commerce to complete your transaction securely.
Please note:
- All payments must be made within 30 minutes to avoid expiration.
- Your order will be confirmed automatically once the payment is verified on the blockchain.
- Coinbase Commerce does not share any personal data with us — only payment status and transaction details.
- Transactions on blockchain networks are public and irreversible. Make sure to send the exact amount shown.
